Terms and Conditions

There are no refunds on Books, audio or video tapes. Homeopathic's are refundable within 30 days of purchase providing the seal has not been broken and proof of purchase. If a product has been damaged, you must contact our office within 5 days of receipt. Workshop deposits and fees are non-refundable.

You may transfer a class once at no charge. There is a $50.00 transfer charge for classes transferred more than once. Workshop discounts apply if you pre-register with a deposit or pay in full no later than ten days prior to class not including the day of class.Workshop walk-ins pay full price, cash only. Please dress comfortably for class. Audio or video taping as well as photographs are not permitted in class without written authorization from Yuen Method, Inc. This includes copying or downloading internet classes.

Yuen Method reserves the right to cancel or change workshop locations if necessary. Yuen Method assumes no responsibility for airfare or travel expenses incurred or purchased more than 14 days prior to any class that is cancelled or relocated.

Misrepresentation of the Yuen Method™ or Dr. Kam Yuen's name as well as any and all forms of copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized reproduction of materials or pages from the Yuen method web site will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
