Web site security:We occasionally have people ask us about web site security. Our web site shopping cart is secure through Authorize.net one of the largest internet banking gateways. Authorize.net is one of the top gateways suggested by most major banks including Wells Fargo. Our web site does not store credit cards. When you set up an account on our web site it only stores your name and personal billing and shipping information. Orders made on line go directly through the banking gateway and do not come to us. We do not receive your credit card number. Once you enter your card number and click submit you will enter the banking gatway. Top 4 reasons why an order will not go through. account was not set up. You need to set up an account to place an on line order. incorrect billing address. incorrect card number and exp date incorrect or missing CVC code. This is the last 3 numbers on the back of your card Orders that are unfinalized or pending are not complete.

Coming soon! New on line appointment scheduler. Set up a free one time account and you can book appointments from any location. No need to wait and reach someone at the office. You will be able to pick from available times, list your issues and check in your account for any notes or remedies that Dr. Yuen suggests.

We would like to thank everyone that attended the workshop in Calgary and Toronto as well as everyone that had apointments with Dr. Yuen. We had a great turn out for the class. Special thanks to Jessica Taylor YMCP for all her hard work at both workshops.

If you are planning on attending the Nov 14 - Nov 17, 2008 Certification please email us. This class is limited to 35. you still have time to complete your classes, internships, and 100 hour journal before certification. Intro classes can be used for 4 hours credit on your journal as well as extra Yuen Method classes beyond the required classes for certification. Extra 2 day workshops can be used as 16 hours credit. Example: completed level 1-3. reviewed levels 1-3, completed 3 internships. Took level 1, 2 or 3 for a 3rd time. This extra class can be used for journal credit

Regarding referrals. Referral rebates are on a per class basis. Please check with our office. To qualify for a referral rebate, the person you are referring must state in their registration notes at the time of registration who they were referred by. Referrals must be done before the day of the class as we can not accept referrals at the door, during, or after the class. Please, no exceptions. If you have referred someone during one of our announced workshop rebate programs, please make sure that you follow the above instructions in order for us to issue you a credit.

Students that attend the Anti-Aging and rejuvenation workshops and would like to apply this as credit toward certification, must state which level they are applying credit to at the time of registration or at the door. Sorry, we can not make changes after the class. If there is no level listed you will automatically receive credit for a level 1 workshop.
